Calli and sons
Calli has had a hard time of it over the last couple of years. A pregnant mom with two kids, Calli left an abusive situation in Ohio and subsequently moved to Washtenaw County, where she stayed with a friend and found a job as a waitress.
When her friend decided to sell her home, Calli needed a new place to live. With her baby due literally any day, she needed a place to live fast!

Calli has a baby on the way.
Not only did we help her with the cost of gas and daycare so that she could work, we got her on our furniture list. Charlene is also working with other organizations to get her into an apartment before the baby arrives.
